The Auctores Britannici Medii Aevi (ABMA) is a British Academy series, making available texts and translations that demonstrate Britain’s rich medieval philosophical heritage.
The series is managed by a committee (the Medieval Texts Editorial Committee), which reports to the British Academy’s Publishing Committee. MTEC is chaired by Prof. Cecilia Trifogli, and the Project Director for ABMA is Prof. John Marenbon, who is the person to be contacted initially with proposals or enquiries (see the Contact tab).
Volumes are published by the British Academy, and marketed and distributed by Liverpool University Press. Some older volumes are available from Oxbow Books.
